It's a community-curated directory of product links you browse to discover items — usually through a site like W2CSpreadsheet. It doesn't sell anything. You copy a seller link from it, paste that into OSSbuy, and the agent buys the item for you. The spreadsheet discovers; the agent delivers.
OSSbuy is an established China shopping agent with quality inspection, buyer protection (Loss & Damage), and an anti-counterfeiting policy. No agent is "100% safe", though — outcomes depend on the seller, your choices, and shipping. Reduce risk by reading QC photos, keeping order records, and checking current policies on the official site before you pay.
Your total is five lines: item price, domestic shipping, the agent service fee, international shipping, and optional protection. We don't publish specific fee percentages or shipping prices because they change and are set by OSSbuy — confirm the live figures in the app. Our landed-cost estimator adds up the numbers you enter.
Get the item and domestic figures from the seller listing, the service fee from the OSSbuy app, and a shipping figure from OSSbuy's freight estimate for your country and weight. Add them (plus any protection). The estimator does the arithmetic so a cheap-looking find doesn't surprise you at checkout.
OSSbuy states it buys from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian, Xianyu, and Yupoo. If a spreadsheet find links to one of those sellers, you can usually order it by pasting the link — subject to stock and any restrictions.

Yes — if a photo is blurry, shows one angle, or doesn't prove the item works, request a re-shoot before approving. It's normal and free of the cost of shipping a wrong item abroad. Only approve once you're satisfied.
It depends on the line and your country, and any figure is an estimate — customs, weather, and peak seasons add days. Use OSSbuy's freight estimate for a live example for your route and weight, and treat it as guidance rather than a guaranteed date.

By chargeable weight and route. OSSbuy's estimate asks for your destination, the parcel weight, and its length, width, and height — because carriers bill on whichever is larger, actual weight or volumetric weight. That's why consolidation and packing change your shipping cost more than the item's price does.
It's OSSbuy's manual order form for when a find doesn't have a clean link. You enter the product link, name, specification (size/colour), an optional note to the seller, an image, and the item price and domestic shipping in CNY; it totals in USD, then you pay and confirm. Yes. OSSbuy's Forwarding feature gives you a China warehouse address; you ship your own purchase there, enter its tracking number, and OSSbuy consolidates and forwards it internationally. Keep the tracking number private — it proves the parcel is yours. Both modes are covered on the order page.
